The complete recycling line include belt conveyor , compactor, single screw extruder, hydraulic module screen device, water cooling tank, strand cutter machine, fan storage hopper, electric cabinet.

6. The granulation line screw and barrel are all made of 38CrMoAl material, and the surface is nitrided and hardened. The service life is long.
7. The granulation line is pelletized directly after cooling, and then sent to the storage silo by a blower, without the problem of broken filaments.
8. Above the pelletizing line barrel, there are drains and vacuum pumps, drainage exhaust, to ensure the quality of the particles.
