Description:

- This pet flake hot washer machine is used for mixing waste HDPE PET bottle scrap.

- The material will stay at hot washer for 8-10 minutes, and the hot washer steamer feed with chemical (caustic Soda/NaOH/or other detergent) , and the temperature should be keep 90-95℃.

- this system can be used Gas, electric and diesel to steam the hot washer according the customer requirement.

- Rotor shaft inside hot washer is made by stainless steel.
