Description:
The PET bottle flakes produced by the filament-grade PET bottle recycling and washing production line are mainly used for the production of polyester filament, packing tape, sheet, film and other products.
Automatic control of the entire line, the associated operation of each unit of the system, has a pre-judgment function for possible abnormal conditions, to ensure the safety of the system.

Feature:
- The crushing system adopts wear-resistant design to ensure the continuous operation of the system for a long time.
- Thermal cleaning effectively removes the residual adhesive, oil stains and some small impurities on the surface of the bottle flakes, which is critical to the life of the downstream product filter components and product quality.
- The cleaning drum is designed for high-pressure underwater cleaning to remove residual impurities.
- It can be equipped with the corresponding centrifugal dehydration and hot air drying system according to the water content set by the production requirements.
