working principle

This film extrusion dry adopt press and dewatering principle, after washing the plastic film , press the water fast device. It has rotator screw inside, special hard gearbox. The pressed water flow from meshes, High-strength extrusion friction generates heat, which is then dispersed into the granulator or squeezed to squeeze the moisture into a semi-melted irregular granule. After the secondary heating of the die, it can be plasticized lightly.
