The complete line need label remover machine and hot washer system.
The label remover machine is remove the label and some cups when it is going to this machine, it can remove about 90% cups and labels. And other labels and cups can remove on the floating washer machine and final zig-zag separator machine.
The hot washer system can make the flakes more clean ,and it will add steam inside, the steam can use gas, electric and diesel. The temperature of hot washer must be over 90°. It also can add Soda in the tank. In side of Tank the material is 304 stainless steel , it can keep the tanks life.
The complete line process flow:
Belt conveyer → Metal Detector→ Sorting platform machine→ Belt conveyer → Label Separator machine→ Crusher → Screw loader → washing tank → Friction washer → Screw loader→ Hot Washer→ Screw loader → Dewatering machine→ Washing tank 2 → Dewatering machine→ Pipe blower dryer system→ Zigzag label separator→ Storage silo → Finished product packing
