More process of plastic bottle washing system:
- Pre-washing tumble machine
Automatically separate out sand, rocks, metals, small garbage, and some bottle caps, bottle rings etc.
- Sorting Table
Pick out the steel wire and PVC material and colorful bottles, film or other big impurity.
- Metal Detector (optional)
Detecting and removing ferrous and non-ferrous metals automatically.
- Belt conveyor
For feeding the plastic bottles to crusher
- Crusher
Cursher with water, waste plastic crushing to different size, the screen size will depend the machine output.
- Screw Loader
Conveyor the flakes scraps into the next step.
- Floating washer
Cleaning plastic scraps to remove chemicals and separating out rest labels and caps
- Hot washer
Connect with the steam boiler, the impurity cleaned by hot water, also add caustic soda and some detergent in the water to remove the oil and glue from the plastic scraps.
- High speed friction washer
The machine is mainly used to clean the dirty on the surface of the plastic scraps.
- Dewatering machine
To dry the plastic scraps to get final good quality flakes.
- Storage hopper
To pack the final scraps to one big package.
