13 months PET Washing Line PET recycle Machine

PET Scraps Wash Plant includes:

Metal chain conveyor → De-baler → Trommel → Label Remover → Manual sorting table → Metal detector + automatic separation device → Crusher → Screw Loader → Steam washer → High speed Friction washer → Floating washer → dewatering machine → Zig-zag label blower → Silo → Electric cabinet.

All elements required by any customer for different application could be combined freely.

Main Parts Description:

1. Label remover: For removing the labels by friction between screen and arms;
2. Metal detector + automatic separation device: For detecting ferrous and non-ferrous metals automatically;
3. Crusher: For crushing the materials into smaller size;
4. Steam washer: For wash with hot water and detergent to get rid of oil, dirties and some labels;
5. Floating washer: To remove labels, caps, chemicals dirties and etc;
6. High speed dewatering machine: For reducing water content.

Features of PET Bottle Wash Machine:

• Low noise , semi-automatic; 
• Conserve water, Waste water can be recycled;
• The materials of blade are all made of SKD-II or D2 ( Customer choice), Durable.
• The parts with water in total machine line are all made of stainless steel 304.
