Used plastic PET flakes washing line mainly includes: conveyor, label moving machine, manual sorting table, metal detector, automatic metal separation device, crusher, cold washing (floating tank), high speed friction washer, hot washing(steam washing), de-watering machine, drying machine, siol, electric cabine, and so on.

Main Washer Description:
1. Floating Washer: Parts which contact with wet flakes are made of stainless steel SUS304. Keep washing the materials continuously, subside the PET flakes, float and push out the labels,caps and rings.
2. Steam Washer: Parts which contact with wet flakes are made of stainless steel SUS304. Mix caustic soda or other detergent into the water carefully to clean the flakes. It will heat the water to 90-95℃. The flakes will stay in the washer about 8-10 mins.
3. Friction Washer: Parts which contact with wet flakes are made of stainless steel SUS304. Cleaning the flakes by high speed friction.
