This HDPE recycling plant is used for crushing, washing, drying the waste contaminated PP, PE plastic, such as mikl bottles, shampoo bottle, other bottles, hard plastic, etc.
This recycling plant is mainly consist of the following machines: belt conveyor, metal detector(option), crusher, high speed friction washer, floating washing tank, dewatering machine, dryer, and soil.
According to different waste plastic material, we can make different plastic recycling line design.
Features:
1. Suitable material: HDPE bottles. Such as: milk bottles, grease bottles, shampoo bottles, pp bottles, the shell of home applicance, etc.
2. Main parts of HDPE recycling plant: crusher, friction washer, floating washer, dryer machine,zig-zag lael separator etc.
3. Capacity: 500kg/h -- 3000kg/h.
4. Machine Material: parts touch with water all made of sus 304.
