Stplas total machine line includes: belt conveyor, crusher, friction washer, floating washer, de-watering machine, drying system, silo and control panel.

Stplas system is a flexible modular system. All elements required by any customer for different application could be combined freely. Features:

1.Suit for PP PE hard material, such as HDPE milk, oil, shampoo bottles etc.
2. Used HDPE washing machine line can be designed on the basis of how dirty the materials are, and the final products level;
4. All parts contact with water are made of SUS-304 stainless steel (more than 3mm thickness);
5. Low humidity: below 1%;
6. Porduction capacity: 500-3000KG/H (depends on material condition);
7. We can also supply bale breaker, label remover, single/double shaft shredder for HDPE bottle washing line.
