This washing plant suitable for PE agriculture film, PE bags, shopping bags, beverage bags, PP woven bags and other PP PE soft materials.

Usually total machine plant includes belt conveyor, crusher, friction washer(high speed, low speed), floating washer, de-watering machine, silo and  electric cabinet. If you need a moisture content close to 0, we suggest one pipe drying system.

Functions:

1. Belt Conveyor: for transporting film to next step;

2. Crusher: for crushing the materials into smaller size;

3. Friction Washer: for getting rid of the sand and dirties with injecting water;

4. Floating Washer: for removing sand and dirties;

5. Silo: for temporary storage flakes;

6. Electric Cabinet: for controlling washing plant.
