Description of LDPE film crusher:

The crusher mainly consists of motor, rotary shaft, mobile knives, fixed knives, mesh, frame, body, and dump door. Fixed knives are attached to the frame and equipped with a plastic bouncer. The rotary shaft is integrated in thirty removable knives, when using sharp knives, it can be removed for separate grinding, and run on the edge of a spiral cut. Thus, the blade has long service life, stable performance and high crushing performance. Sometimes, when equipped with a coil transfer device, the vacuum system can be very practical and fill itself automatically. The main use includes all kinds of plastic parts, alloys, PET bottles, polypropylene films, woven bags, fishing nets, fabrics, etc. Raw materials will be ground to 10-35mm (on request) with different sizes of yarns.
