This machine is special for polystyrene. It adopts single screw, double stage plastification, increasing compress ratio. The whole machine consists of crusher, main machine, cooling tank and granulator. It can recyle many foamed products, such as ps, xps, eps etc.

2. Due to mother baby two stage unit has gas device and screen changer filter, the gas generated after heating the material can be discharged several times, and after two time filters, the impurities of the material can be filters out to make the products strong, smooth and pure.
3. The hydraulic head of the die can make the filter non-stop ,and improve the production efficiency.
4. Vacuum or normal exhaust system is beneficial to exhaust water ,gas, and impurities. Make the pellets more stable, the quality if rubber more stronger.
