3. Strict quality control procedure:
a.Aging testing:72hours aging testing in high temperature for LED Modules before glue painting and after
QC functional testing, another 72 hours aging testing for LED cabinet before delivery.
b.Waterproof testing: The assembled LED cabinets need to be taken shower comprehensively, and the
f-ront side put into the water. It ensures the Ingress Protection level is up to IP65.
c.Anti-rusting testing:PCB, Screws, and LED cabinets are under salty testing for 24 hours
d.Simulated Vibration test:To avoid the defect during transportation, the Simulated Vibration test has been
conducted before delivery, especially for the Traffic Sign and Truck-Mounted LED Display.
e.The Debugging testing: The debugging testing of the whole screen under a simulated installation
enviro-nment is conducted for ensuring high-quality display performance on the real spot.
4. Warranty terms:
2 years quality warranty and during this period Dicolor will provide free parts for replacement with any
pro-blem ;the buyer can return the defective components due to technical or quality problems to the seller.
