Service
1) Before delivery, we will test the display, and keep it light up for 72 hours, and check all the parts of the display to confirm it is fine for delivery, include waterproof testing and the vibration test .You can send your engineer to our factory for inspection before delivery.
2) Delivery (Time): FOB-china (15-20 working days after the advanced payment).
3) Installation: We offer you the engineer to install the LED display, but you have to pay for the tickets fare; or we offer you the training on the LED display installation and repairing for free after you live in our company,or we can guide you how to install the screen by remote control.
5) Spare parts: we offer: modules with driving board;power supply; power connecters; data cables; electrical fans some screws and so on.
6) Service after sales, if you have any questions about our product, you can inform us by mail or call, and we will reply you in 24 hours when we get you E-mail or call, and offer you a good solution for your problem.
