Function and application introduction:

The pvc card punching machine is operated on touch screen human-machine friendly interface and controlled by PLC automatically. High sensitivity optical fiber sensor cooperating with two sets of stepping system to achieve length-ways search localization, and then double servo-motor drive imported no-crevice ball screw to achieve transverse localization and material feed,with high speed and precision(can’t be affect by the overall dimension of the material).Hydraulic punching machine use servo motor with big total power as the motivity source,with big punching power and high speed(can be adjusted),so the punched cards with better effect.

Function and Feature:

1. High sensitivity optical fiber sensor cooperating with imported no-crevice built-in roller screw feed material,the position parameter of the punching spot can be adjusted,with high precision

2. Automatic cutting machine use servo motor with big total power as the motivity source,with lower noise and high speed,the motivity is steady and the punching speed can be adjusted as need,when the punched cards with different thickness will have better effect.

3. Automatic cutting machine​ advanced material collate structure and the static removing system make the machine send the material stably.

4. Double serve motor roller ball screw sends the material by turns,with high speed and efficiency

5. Advanced card collecting system can send off the cards from different moulds and collect the cards independently, there is no need to collate the punched cards from paste-up material ,with fast and reliable card collating.(available for punching the paste-up material)

6. Automatic cutting machine​ the punched scrap is collected by manipulator automatically

7. Controlled by PLC and running automatically,double cards and checking for the card discharging can be monitored,the machine will alarm in case of errors.
