Introduction:
The HT series robots are used in the 400T-4000T plastic horizontal injection molding machines with 3-axis and 5-axis AC servo drives. The finished arm is for taking out the product and the nozzle. The upper and lower arm structures are double-cut type, and the material clamping arm can be used for the water clamping port; the material head arm can be driven by a cylinder drive or an AC servo motor. The take-out time is 1.5 sec, the full cycle time is 12 sec, and the maximum load is 100 kg (including finished product and fixture). Used for quick removal or a variety of removal applications.
