Description

The principle of ultrasonic is: the high-speed micro-flow generated by ultrasonic cavitation at the interface of solid and liquid can remove or weaken the boundary dirt layer, increase the stirring effect, accelerate the dissolution of soluble dirt, and strengthen the cleaning effect of chemical cleaning agents. Reduce the amount of chemical cleaning agents, or even do not use chemical cleaning agents. Compared with cleaning with various chemical lotions, the ultrasonic cleaning method is indeed a convenient and environmentally friendly method.
Ultrasonic dispersion refers to the process of dispersing and deagglomerating particles in the liquid through the "cavitation" effect of ultrasonic waves in the liquid with the liquid as the medium.
As a physical means and tool, ultrasonic technology can produce various conditions in liquids. This phenomenon is called sonochemical action, and the related ultrasonic equipment is called ultrasonic sonochemical equipment (referred to as "sonochemical equipment"). Ultrasonic dispersion equipment is an application of sonochemical equipment, which can be used for water treatment, solid-liquid dispersion, deagglomeration of particles in liquid, and promotion of solid-liquid reaction.

working principle
The ultrasonic oscillator is composed of two major parts: ultrasonic vibration components and ultrasonic driving power.
Ultrasonic vibration components mainly include high-power ultrasonic transducers, horns, tool heads (transmitting heads), which are used to generate ultrasonic vibrations and transmit the vibrational energy into the liquid.
The ultrasonic drive power supply is a device specially used to drive the ultrasonic vibration components to work, and to control various working states of the ultrasonic vibration components. It converts ordinary mains power into high-frequency alternating current signal and drives the transducer to generate ultrasonic vibration.
When the ultrasonic vibration is transmitted into the liquid, due to the large sound intensity, a strong cavitation effect will be excited in the liquid, resulting in a large number of cavitation bubbles in the liquid. As these cavitation bubbles are generated and exploded, micro-jets will be generated to break up liquid-heavy solid particles. At the same time, due to the vibration of ultrasonic waves, the solid and liquid are more fully mixed, which promotes most of the chemical reactions. In the medical field, such as mixing phospholipids and cholesterol, after ultrasonic dispersion, smaller particles (about 0.1 μm) can be obtained for intravenous injection.

Features

1. High dispersion efficiency, suitable field efficiency can be increased by more than 200 times.
2. The dispersed particles are finer, with better uniformity and stability.
3. It can disperse materials that cannot be dispersed by traditional mechanical stirring.
4. The dispersed particles have strong stability and are not easy to re-agglomerate.
5. It can disperse high viscosity materials.
