Produced using automated precision welding equipment with strict quality control. Each cage undergoes surface passivation and plasticization processes including electroplating zinc, hot-dip galvanizing, plastic coating, dipping, or Galfan treatments for enhanced durability.
Welded gabion nets are pre-assembled with front/rear panels, bottom plates, and bulkheads. All components are compressed, packaged with net covers, and delivered as independent units. Spiral wire is included for on-site assembly, enabling quick and convenient construction.
