The SVP20 Small Size Vacuum Transformer Oil Filtration Machine is a compact, high-efficiency insulating oil purifier designed for rapid removal of water, gases, oxides, free carbon, and other impurities from transformer oil. This system improves oil quality by lowering PH values and increasing breakdown voltage while serving dual functions as vacuum oiling and drying equipment.
This vacuum insulation oil filtration machine performs live-line operations on-site and is suitable for purifying various insulating oils including capacitor oil, switch oil, mutual inductor oil, cable oil, and circuit breaker oil.

Under high vacuum conditions, the water boiling point within oil is significantly lower than normal, allowing moisture evaporation without high temperatures. Higher vacuum levels result in lower water boiling points and faster evaporation rates. Combined with heating and filtration systems, this principle effectively removes moisture and impurities to deliver clean, purified oil.
