Design & Construction
Ship-shape chassis-mount structure ensures oil leak prevention and environmental protection. Compact design with lightweight construction for easy mobility. Available in mobile or stationary configurations with customizable colors.
Operating Principle
Oil enters the heating system via vacuum pressure differential. After heating, coarse filters remove large impurities, followed by demulsifying filtration to separate bulk water. In the vacuum chamber, oil becomes mist via sprayer, evaporating dissolved moisture. Fine filters then achieve precision filtration, removing 99.5% of particles over 1.0 micron before clean oil is discharged.
