Industrial Vacuum Oil Filtration System
The ZYF series portable oil filtration and filling machine provides efficient transfer and purification of various industrial oils. This equipment enables simultaneous oil transfer between containers while performing comprehensive filtration processes.
Applications
Suitable for filtering mechanical oil, hydraulic oil, compressor oil, turbine oil, insulating oil, gasoline, diesel engine oil, and other low-viscosity lubricating oils. Also applicable for purifying cooking oils including rape oil, sesame oil, peanut oil, and coconut oil when constructed with stainless steel and non-toxic filter elements.
Working Principle
Waste oil first enters the coarse filter system where large particle impurities are removed. Processed oil then moves to the secondary filtration system, entering the coalescing filter chamber where free water and emulsified water aggregate into larger droplets that sink to the water storage tank. The hydrophobic separation filter element captures fine water molecules, which aggregate and settle before final discharge. After dehydration, oil proceeds to the fine filtration system to achieve user-specified cleanliness standards.
