Our coalescer filter elements utilize advanced polymer materials to efficiently separate water from light oil and diesel. The technology causes water molecules to coalesce into larger droplets that settle by gravity and are captured by separator filter elements.

Ultrafine fibers within the coalescer capture oil, water, and liquid droplets through three filtration mechanisms: inertial collision, spreading interception, and direct interception. Surface tension causes small water droplets to coalesce into larger droplets that settle to the container bottom.
