Advanced oil and water separation filter system designed for efficient removal of water and solid contaminants from oil streams in industrial applications.
The coalescence separation system utilizes a two-stage filtration process. Oil first passes through the coalescence filter element where solid impurities are removed and small water droplets coalesce into larger beads. These coalesced water droplets then separate by gravity and settle in the sedimentation tank.
The oil then flows through the separation filter element, which features hydrophobic properties to further remove remaining water content, resulting in clean, water-free oil output.
