Round bottle labeling machine

Specially designed for precise use of round bottles. The labeling conveyor has infinite speed regulation, and the labeling speed can be adjusted arbitrarily. The spoke type roller stick bottle body mechanism makes the label attachment more firm and precise. Adopting a rotary track feeding system, the feeding is stable and the bottle feeding is fast. Using a 750W Japanese servo motor and well-known foreign electrical components, it has fast speed and high stability. According to requirements, automatic detection and removal systems for missed stickers and customized detection and removal systems for missed prints can be installed. Replacing labels of different lengths does not require manual adjustment of the photoelectric holder position.
