Available in multiple capacities: 100L, 200L, 300L, 400L, and 500L configurations for flexible industrial applications.

Construction & Design
Composed of kettle body, support bracket, worm wheel mechanism, and worm gear system. The kettle features 180° rotation capability for efficient material handling and discharge. All contact surfaces utilize SUS304 stainless steel for superior corrosion resistance and GMP compliance. Optional paddle mixer available based on customer requirements.
Heating Options
Compatible with 220V/380V electrical systems or steam heating. Electric heating models include built-in heating rods, thermocouples, and thermal oil systems capable of reaching 150°C, with precise temperature control via electronic control box.
