This DGCF Series automatic bottle washing, filling, and capping machine is specifically designed for carbonated beverage production in polyester bottles. The integrated system combines bottle rinsing, precise filling, and secure capping operations in a single, streamlined unit.
Incorporating advanced technologies from Italy and Germany, this machine features sophisticated liquid level control, no-bottle-no-fill functionality, automatic shutdown during bottle bursts, and automated cleaning cycles for optimal performance.
The magnetic torque screw capping mechanism provides stepless torque adjustment with constant torque functionality, ensuring tight, reliable seals without damaging caps. The horizontal rotary pneumatic lidder prevents surface damage to bottle caps while automatically feeding covers from the hopper.
Operated via PLC computer programming with human-machine interface touch screen controls, the system automatically manages liquid levels in material cylinders, prevents operation without bottles or caps, and stops when bottle positioning errors occur in the star wheel or cover chute.
