During rapid operation, centrifugal force generates strong shear, centrifugal extrusion, impact rupture, friction, and homogenization effects. This process enables uniform fine dispersion and emulsification of immiscible solid, liquid, and gas media. Through repeated cycles, the original materials are transformed into stable, high-quality products.

The pump consists of an outer pump cavity and inner pump chamber. The outer cavity utilizes SS316 stainless steel for excellent wear resistance and rust prevention. The inner chamber structure employs premium stainless steel with superior corrosion and abrasion resistance, enabling efficient processing of oxidizing liquids without pump body damage.
