KQ1T-30T stainless steel lobe pumps are high-performance food-grade gear rotor pumps designed for efficient liquid transfer in demanding industrial applications. These sanitary pumps feature robust construction and versatile configurations for various fluid handling requirements.
This lobe pump operates using two simultaneous reverse rotating rotors (with 2-4 gears) that create suction force at the inlet, drawing material into the pump chamber. The rotors divide the housing into smaller compartments that transport material through a continuous sequence from inlet to outlet, ensuring smooth and consistent flow.
Features butterfly rotors that excel in transferring high-viscosity materials and handling larger powder particles. This design effectively transports extremely stiff materials with superior performance.
