Stainless steel precision tube characteristics
Dimension accuracy: for the outer diameter below 51mm, the tolerance of wall thickness and outer diameter is controlled within the range of + 0.05mm, for the outer diameter above 51mm, and for the wall thickness and outer diameter within the range of + 0.08mm.
Straightness: if the outer diameter is less than 32, the straightness is < 1mm/m; if the outer diameter is more than 32, the straightness is < 1.2mm/ m.
General precision rolling, the whole if about 6 meters of pipe, straight.
As for our production factory, if there are special requirements, we must communicate with us before purchasing stainless steel precision tubes. For orders with higher straitness requirements, we must conduct trial production, and then carry out small batches, and finally start mass production.
