The 310S stainless steel is austenite chrome-nickel heat-resistant stainless steel, the domestic brand is 0Cr25Ni20, the American brand SA213/TP310S,2520 dual-phase stainless steel, has very good oxidation resistance, corrosion-resistant, because of the high percentage of chromium and nickel, it has much better creep strength, can continue to operate under high temperature, has good high-temperature resistance for the high-temperature furnace tube manufacturing.
310S stainless steel density: 8.0 g/cm3, after solid solution treatment on the mechanical performance: the yield strength of 205 or higher, with 520 or higher tensile strength, elongation, 40 or higher hardness test: HBS 187 or less, HRB 90 or less, HV 200 or less, is suitable for making various furnace with a component, the highest working temperature 1200 ℃, continuous working temperature 1150 ℃.
