Product Characteristics:
1. X/Y/Z three-direction guideways are linear guideways. The standard speed of three-axis fast forward is 10m/min, and the CM650B can also be specially matched with 24m/min.
2. After finite element analysis, the machine body structure is made of high-quality resin sand casting, which has high precision, stability and rigidity, and can still maintain the stability of processing at high speed
3. The spindle box adopts a flange structure, which improves the cutting rigidity of the spindle and increases the anti-collision performance of the spindle
4. The coupling, bearing, ball screw and other key components are made of Germany, Japan and Taiwan brand precision quality accessories to ensure the stability of the machine quality
5. The standard configuration is ER25/ER32/24000 electric spindle. BT30 spindle and 12 bamboo hat type tool magazines can be configured. Protective roof cover and ventilation system can be configured to realize full sealing protective processing.
