BTMC-1520Q gantry type machine center is a new model developed to replace the large traditional "C"

type vertical machine center. Comprehensive improve large vertical machine center precision deviation

and the weakness of heavy load deformation, suitable for heavy mold processing, light size and large

processing plate processing.

It has the following advantages:

◆ Improve the machine processing precision, the spindle centerline and Z axis guide way is basic coincidence surface, without accuracy deformation problem of spindle box caused by 780-950mm gap distance of VMC.

◆ Eliminate the accuracy difference caused by the suspension of both ends of the VMC worktable

◆ Y axis doesn’t bear work-piece weight and worktable running is no more than base of table. Solve the

deformation caused by long-term load bearing of vertical table

◆ The bearing capacity of the worktable is about 50% higher than that of VMC.

◆ Z axis adopts Nitrogen balance weight, improves the reaction speed and runs more smoothly than the

VMC weighting hammer.
