Introduction:
1. V855 was upgraded based on V855, which is with characteristic of higher rigidity and precision which can not only processing for part, but also for mould.
2. VMC-V855 has the characteristics of fast feed speed and high rotation speed,so it is suitable for batch parts with many tools, complicated processing and multiple processes. Mainly processing cabinets, complex curved surfaces, heterosexual parts, disks, sleeves, plate parts, etc., are widely used in electronics, machinery and automotive, automation, medical, national defense and other fields.
Advantages after upgrading:
1. Its column adopts strengthen one, which improves machine rigidity.
2. Working table size is enlarged to 1000*550mm
3. Travel of Y axis and Z axis increased to 540mm
4. Spindle adopts to use strengthen one, whose diameter increases to φ150
5. Ballscrew changes from 3616 to 4016
6. YZ axis is 45 roller ballscrew linear guideway, and Z axis rail is with 6 sliders.
7. Tool magazine is supported by column instead of side hanging, which reduces the deformation of column.
