2. Above Model VMC1270 machine ,they can be with Taiwan gear box, which gear directly change speed ,include oil coolant, realize low speed strong cutting function, adopt high rigidity spindle box structure, processing surface accuracy and cutting force is higher than ZF gear box under same condition.

Product Characteristics:

1. The bed casting is an integral structure, and the body is cast by Meehan cast iron. After limited element analysis, reasonable structural strength, strengthening the collocation of ribs, and the body is all tempered. The machine has a very high rigidity, can withstand high strength
processing, positioning accuracy to keep accurate. 

2. The matching surface of guide rail adopts PTFE layer, and manual scraping to ensure accuracy. Moving parts are guranteed under high speed heavy cutting. 

3. Ribbed type, wide span, advocating to ensure that the bed body is not deformed.
