2. The pump head is independently developed and designed. Our gear pump adopts special production and processing technology to solve the packaging and filling accuracy of traditional gear pumps with high and low liquid level differences.

3. The internal gear of the pump head can be driven by an ordinary motor. The pump head and the motor coupling are specially designed to avoid damage to the shaft seal, spills or excessive pump load and burn out the motor; PLC controls the filling time, and the actuator cylinder The valve is closed; the filling time is accurate to 0.01 second, so as to ensure the filling accuracy and the error is less than 2%;

4. Industrial hot air gun imported from Switzerland, reliable quality and long life;

5. Using frequency converter control, the filling speed can be adjusted.

6. This machine adopts the servo motor lifting function to reduce the bubbles generated when the product is filled.
