AISI 202 Stainless Steel Pipe Large Diameter 250mm With Automobile Industry
SS 202 is an austenitic chromium-nickel-manganese alloy with improved properties compared to 201 stainless steel. It offers higher strength, enhanced corrosion resistance, better formability, greater toughness, and superior weldability than 201 grade steel.
Grade 202 stainless steel is a Cr-Ni-Mn type with properties similar to A240/SUS 302 stainless steel. It features excellent toughness at low temperatures and is one of the most widely used precipitation hardening grades, offering good corrosion resistance, toughness, high hardness, and strength.

Grade 202 offers excellent mechanical properties with high strength and ductility. It features a tensile strength of 515 MPa (minimum), yield strength of 205 MPa (minimum), and elongation rate of 40% (minimum). UNS S20200 stainless steel serves as a cost-effective alternative to more expensive 300 series stainless steel.
