UNS N10276 Hastelloy C276 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with exceptional corrosion resistance in demanding industrial environments. This high-molybdenum seamless tubing offers superior performance in chemical processing applications.

C276 alloy is engineered for chemical process industries containing both oxidizing media and reductants. The high molybdenum (15-17%) and chromium (14.5-16.5%) content provides excellent resistance to chloride corrosion, while tungsten enhances overall corrosion resistance.

This alloy is one of the few materials capable of resisting corrosion from wet chlorine, hypochlorite, and chlorine dioxide solutions. It demonstrates outstanding performance against high concentrations of chlorides including ferric chloride and copper chloride.

Hastelloy C276 is widely used in chemical processing and petrochemical industries, particularly for components in chloride-containing organic and catalytic systems. The material performs exceptionally well in high-temperature environments, impure inorganic and organic acids (such as formic and acetic acid), and seawater corrosion environments.

Produced using a fully automatic natural gas furnace measuring 24 meters in length, with precise temperature control maintaining tolerance within 10°C throughout the manufacturing process.
