Nickel-Base High-Temperature Alloys
These alloys contain chromium, tungsten, molybdenum, cobalt, aluminum, titanium, boron, and zirconium. Chromium provides oxidation and corrosion resistance while other elements enhance strength. They maintain exceptional strength and oxidation resistance at 850-1300°C, making them ideal for aerospace engine blades, rocket engines, nuclear reactors, and energy conversion equipment.
Nickel-Base Corrosion-Resistant Alloys
Featuring copper, chromium, and molybdenum, these alloys offer excellent resistance to various acids and stress corrosion. Available in nickel-copper (Monel), nickel-chromium, nickel-molybdenum, and nickel-chromium-molybdenum compositions for manufacturing corrosion-resistant components.
