Statement of Warranty Terms

1. Warranty Period:

We provide 3 months warranty for original screens and 6 months for copy screens.

2. Return defectives can be replaced if

• Touch not response

• Flickering Screen

• Backlight Problem

• Not turning on (sometimes with broken flex, it cannot turn on, need to check carefully. If broken, please reject.)

• Other non-man-made defectives

There is no warranty for these situations as below,

• Goods without our warranty stamp.

• Unprofessional installation damage

• Glass is scratched or LCD panel broken

• Flex / connector broken

• Parts lost

• Installation and been used

• Other Appearance damages

3. Tips for testing

• Make sure the flex cable and test machine are connected well.

• Restart

• Test on another machine.

- Return shipping is the responsibility of buyer unless the return is a result of our mistake (i.e., your receive the wrong item). We will pay for shipping replacement back to you if an exchange is requested.
