• Other non-man-made defectives
 
  There is no warranty for these situations as below,

• Flex / connector broken
• Parts lost
• Installation and been used
• Other Appearance damages
 
  Tips for testing
• Make sure the flex cable and test machine are connected well.
• Restart
• Test on another machine.

  Defective Goods Return
• Before sending back returns, please contact us and send me a list of the defectives, and state clear what problem it is for each goods.
• Please pack the goods well as we did before shipment.
• Please notify us the tracking number after you send them, so that we can follow up the shipping information.
• Buyer will pay the shipping cost for returns.
• The replacements of defected goods will be shipped together with your next order.
• We replace the same model items and send back to you. Refund is not accepted.
 
  Warm Tips
• Please check both appearance and function of the products after you receive (before installed). If you find it doesn’t work, please keep it into a safe box for future return.
 We do not provide instructions with the item, if you are unfamiliar on fitting the replacement screen, we recommend you to view a Tuturiol on YouTube to see exactly what is involved in replacing the screen.
If you find that the ribbon cable on the digitizer is too short then please make sure that it is threaded through the mid-frame correctly. Do not pull on it to try and make it stretch as the cables are very fragile.
