As others pointed out, the screen is a little grainy and washed out, but definitely usable and cheap so I'm satisfied. The kit definitely works, but I redid my phone screen repair 3x before I was satisfied, so I will leave you with some pointers:
1.) Do not touch the underside of the suction cup--but if you do, clean it with some dishsoap and let it dry completely before using
2.) Get some mini tweezers which can be used to open the phone, place screws, place other things, etc.
3.) A screwdriver used for eyeglasses, worked like a charm to pry up things in the phone
4.) When you replace things in the phone, try to pack it in "tight" and screw the screw tightly, otherwise, you may have trouble getting the phone closed at the end
5.) VERY IMPORTANT: Before screwing the metal plate behind the home button down, try to gently bend it so that it pushes the home button into the new screen. Otherwise, your home button may be very depressed and be difficult to work with
6.) When replacing the tiny latch thing attaching the home button ribbon cable from the screen to the phone (the last step before closing the phone), use the tweezers to place the "hinges" together and then use your finger to press it down and you will feel it snap into place.
