Product Introduction:
VFD series insulating oil two-stage vacuum oil filter is innovatively designed on the basis of absorbing the advanced technology of similar products at home and abroad, with excellent cost performance. It is at the leading level in oil treatment process and equipment performance, integrating vacuum flash drying technology and "step-by-step" filtration technology. The utility model has the advantages of high vacuum degree, fast oil filtering speed, oil quality protection, etc. It can more effectively remove water, impurities, hydrocarbons and other harmful gases in the oil, and improve the flash point and pressure strength of insulating oil. It is mainly used for the purification treatment of high voltage and ultra-high voltage power oil, which can increase the breakdown voltage of oil to more than 35KV at one time. Parallel use of regeneration devices can accelerate acid removal, decolorization, reduce dielectric loss, acid value, and further improve the insulation strength of oil.
