NSH VFD series is mainly used to improve the properties of insulation oil by removing trace water, gas, particulate matters etc. from the insulating oil effectively and rapidly. It is suitable for purifying branded oil, insulating oil of high voltage and super high voltage transformer.
1. VDF has the characteristics of small, efficient and easy to move, especially suitable for live production. And can dry the moisture of power equipment, but also convenient to power equipment vacuum oil.
2. The structure adopts infrared night position automatic control device, system pressure automatic protection device and efficient degassing element; Easy to operate and safe.
working process
After the oil is inhaled to the heater through the crude filter, the temperature rises, and the initial oil and gas and oil and water are separated in the
first-stage vacuum separation tank, and then the oil and gas are separated completely in the second-stage vacuum separation tank. The water and gas are removed by the booster pump and vacuum pump, and the oil is output by the oil pump and fine filter.
