Sino-NSH-GED-WB adopts the advanced technology of vacuum distillation, can effectively remove wearing debris, pitches, waxes, impurities, water, carbon deposits, oxides from the waste oil, as well as decrease the acid. The base oil acquired is with high quality that can meet the standard and requirements for blending various industrial lubrication oils. During the distillation process, a powerful vacuum pump system provides a stable vacuum, the hydrocarbon chain breaks to reform new molecule of the oil, and turns into oil mist. Then it turns into liquid oil by effective condensation. Exhaust gas treatment device is equipped to ensure that emission gas strictly meets environmental requirements.

Sino-NSH-GED-WB is the upgrade model of NSH-GER, saves operating costs and increase oil recovery rate, it can reach high rate above 90%. In addition, NSH-GED-WB has a wider range of applications, can be used to process almost all waste oils, such as engine oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil, etc. Both single oil or oil mixture can be processed and recycled by this system.
