The EDG-HD series is an environmentally sealed silicone rubber thermoplastic cylindrical connector designed for fast, easy, trouble-free assembly in heavy-duty diagnostic applications including trucks, buses, cross-country vehicles, cranes, and forklifts. When mated, the contacts are protected from water, dust, oils, fuel, road salt, grease, mud, and other contaminants.
- Operating temperature range: -40℃ to +125℃ (no cracking, chipping, or leaking after 20 test cycles)
- Withstands 20 G's sinusoidal vibration at 10-2000Hz for 2 hours in three mutually perpendicular planes with no mechanical damage
- IP68 rated - waterproof with immersion under 1.2 meters of water for 24 hours
