Nomex filter bag is the best choice for the asphalt mixing plant. As the example of 4000# asphalt mixing machine, there are more than 600 pcs Nomex filter bag for dust filtration, filtration area can reach more than 1400m2, the gas volume can reach at 65300 Nm3/h, the dust filter bag can catch the particl more than 0.3micron, and the working efficiency can reach 97%-99% , and the outlet emssion will be less than 15mg/Nm3.
Filter bag is the most important part in dust collector which influences the collection efficiency and working temperature. Renewal of bags creates major cost in maintaining bag house, so the lifetime of bags are the main factor affecting the cost and working condition of bag-house.
There are three types: woven fabric dust bag, non-woven fabric bag and compound filter material.

The Nomex filter bag has the following advantage in this filed:
1) Perfect high temperature repellent : the Nomex filter bag operation temperature can reach at 204 degree C, the instant temperature can reach at 240 degree C.
2) Stability size of the bag: there will be less than 1% dry shrink in 204 degree C condition.
3) Anti-Flame: The Nomex filter bag will be decomposition and oxidation in 400 degree C.the data of LOI will be 30.
4) The excellent chemical parameter: Anti-Acid and Hydrocarbons
