SF-52 Solid-lubricat inlaid bronze Bushings use high grade metal alloys as their base material, inlaid graphite and grease during the process of friction, It will release solidlubricant and lubricant oil autometically.
 
Bronze base Self Lubricating Bushings uses high-strength copper alloy as the base material, and according to the working conditions, holes are drilled in the working face and filled with solid lubricant. The high-strength copper alloy provides high load-bearing capacity and the solid lubricant can A lower friction pair is formed. Under the condition of dry friction, we design a layer of pre-lubricating film on the bearing surface to ensure that the solid lubricant can be transferred to the pair of parts and form an effective solid lubricant film in the shortest time.
