Product Description

  The DU composite bushing/rolling bushing is a sliding bearing made of a steel plate as a base, sintered spherical bronze powder in the middle, and a mixture of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and lead rolled on the surface. It has the characteristics of small friction coefficient, good wear resistance, good corrosion resistance and no oil lubrication. The use of this product can reduce costs, reduce mechanical volume, avoid biting the shaft and reduce mechanical noise.

   It has been widely applied to various mechanical sliding postions, such as texitile machinery, printing machinery, hydraulic pressure transit vehicle, tobacco machinery, gymnastic instrument and agricultural machinery etc.
