Inconel alloy is a nickel-chromium-iron based solid solution strengthening alloy with good high temperature corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, excellent hot and cold processing and welding performance, and satisfactory heat strength below 700 °C.
Sex and high plasticity. The alloy can be strengthened by cold working, or it can be connected by electric resistance welding, fusion welding or brazing. It is suitable for making anti-oxidation parts with low load below 1100 °C.
Material: Inconel 600 (N06600), Inconel 601 (N06601), Inconel 625 (N06625), Inconel 718 (N07718).

Inconel600 has the following features
● Has good resistance to reduction, oxidation and nitridation medium corrosion
●Good resistance to stress corrosion cracking at room temperature and high temperature
● Has good resistance to dry chlorine and hydrogen chloride gas corrosion
●Good mechanical properties at subzero, room temperature and high temperature
Since it has good creep rupture strength for carbon content and grain size control, it is recommended to work in a working environment above 700 °C.

● Thermowell in an erosive atmosphere
● Vinyl chloride monomer production: anti-chlorine gas, hydrogen chloride, oxidation and carbonization corrosion
● Uranium oxidation to hexafluoride: resistance to hydrogen fluoride corrosion
●The production and use of corrosive alkali metals, especially the use of sulfides
●Using chlorine gas to make titanium dioxide
●Production of organic or inorganic chlorides and fluorides: corrosion resistance to chlorine and fluorine
Nuclear reactor
●The retort and components in the heat treatment furnace, especially in carbonized and nitriding atmospheres
● Catalytic regenerators in petrochemical production are recommended to use alloy 600H for applications with temperatures above 700 °C for longer service life.
